Futlay Terms of Use

  1. Information only. Futlay provides soccer scores, statistics, odds information, model-generated picks and news for entertainment and information. Futlay is not a sportsbook or gambling service. Odds and picks — including the Picks tab's singles, parlays and combos, their risk levels, probabilities and "fair odds" — are model estimates, not betting advice, and may be inaccurate or delayed. Futlay never takes bets, links to sportsbooks or uses real or virtual money; the public track record shows how past picks performed and is no guarantee of future results. Picks are intended for adults (18+). You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live; you must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction if you choose to bet elsewhere. If gambling is a problem for you, seek help (e.g. 1-800-GAMBLER in the US, BeGambleAware.org in the UK).
  2. Fantasy. Futlay Fantasy is free to play. There are no entry fees, no cash or prizes, and paid features never award points. We may adjust scores if data providers correct statistics. Offensive team or league names may be removed.
  3. Futlay Pro. Optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.
  4. Third-party content. News headlines and links belong to their publishers; we do not endorse or verify them. Match data is provided by third parties "as is".
  5. No warranty / liability. The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app or reliance on its information.
  6. Chats and user content. Chats are for signed-in users. You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, illegal, spam or that shares anyone's personal information, and do not impersonate others. Zero tolerance for threats and hate: threats or intimidation, hate speech and slurs, harassment or bullying, sexual harassment, encouraging self-harm and sharing anyone's phone number, email or address are not allowed — in messages or in usernames, team, lobby and group names. Messages are checked automatically before they are posted (blocked messages are never shown to others), offensive words are masked, links removed and messages are rate-limited. Mutes: 3 blocked messages within 24 hours mute you from chats for 24 hours; doing it again within 30 days mutes you for 7 days. Serious or repeated violations can lead to account suspension or deletion. You can report any message (long-press › Report) and block any user; blocked users' messages are hidden from you and they cannot add or message you. Chat admins (the lobby owner or the group creator) can delete messages and remove members. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, normally within 24 hours of a report.
  7. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
