Need help with Futlay? Email support@futlay.app — we usually reply within 2 business days. Please include your device model, iOS/Android version and, for account issues, the email you signed up with (never your password).

Common questions

• Is Futlay a betting app? No. Futlay shows scores, stats, news, a free fantasy game and odds for information only. It does not take bets, deposits or wagers and has no cash prizes.
• Do I need an account? No. Scores, stats, odds info, news and Fantasy work without one. A free account keeps your fantasy team when you change phones and enables friends, lobbies and chats.
• I forgot my password. On the Log in screen tap "Forgot password?" and follow the email link.
• Someone is harassing or threatening me in a chat. Long-press the message › Report (choose "Threat or intimidation" if it applies) and Block the user. Threats, hate speech, harassment and personal info are blocked automatically; we review reports, normally within 24 hours. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.
• Delete my account and data. In the app: Account › Delete account (immediate). More options: https://futlay-api-production.up.railway.app/delete-account
• Futlay Pro / subscriptions. Purchases, cancellations and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play in your device settings. Use Account › Restore purchases on a new phone.
• Wrong score or stat? Data comes from third-party providers and is usually corrected within minutes; pull down to refresh.
